These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the daybet platform. By registering an account or accessing any part of the site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the rules set out below. Please read this page carefully before you start playing.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the daybet platform — whether through the website, the Android app, or any other supported interface — you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and daybet. 2. Eligibility

By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that you are legally permitted to participate in online gaming in your jurisdiction. daybet reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend accounts where age verification cannot be completed. The platform is intended for personal, non-commercial use only. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of daybet and its affiliated companies are not eligible to participate in real-money gaming on the platform. Players who are self-excluded or have been excluded by a regulatory authority are also not permitted to register or maintain an active account.
3. Account Registration
Each player is permitted to hold only one account on the daybet platform. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them. When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. 4. Player Conduct
All players are expected to use the daybet platform in good faith and in accordance with these terms. Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software errors, use automated tools or bots, or engage in collusion with other players is strictly forbidden and will result in immediate account suspension. Players must not use the platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or any activity that violates Philippine law or applicable international regulations. Abusive, threatening, or offensive behaviour directed at other players or daybet staff will not be tolerated. daybet monitors platform activity to detect irregular patterns and reserves the right to void bets, withhold winnings, and close accounts where misconduct is identified. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with all local laws applicable to them.
5. Deposits & Withdrawals
All transactions on the daybet platform are processed in Philippine pesos (PHP ₱). Deposits are credited to your account balance once the payment has been confirmed by the relevant payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts may apply and are displayed within the cashier section of your account. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible, as part of our anti-money laundering procedures. daybet reserves the right to carry out identity and payment verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Processing times vary depending on the payment method selected and may be subject to additional checks at daybet's discretion. Any fees charged by third-party payment providers are the responsibility of the player and are not covered by daybet.
6. Responsible Gaming

Unauthorised use of any daybet intellectual property may result in legal action. All trademarks, service marks, and trade names displayed on the platform are the property of their respective owners.
8. Limitation of Liability
The daybet platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure that the platform operates smoothly and without interruption, we cannot guarantee that the service will be free from errors, delays, or technical issues at all times. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, daybet shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
